Condiments are an easy and delicious way to upgrade any dish to the next level. The best part about this Spicy Aioli (aside from the awesome flavor) is that you probably already have all the ingredients you need in your kitchen. With a mixture of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to get our creamy texture, along with a powerful combination of spices, you can add this Spicy Aioli to a wide range of savory recipes for added flavor.
To make this delicious Spicy Aioli all you need is mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cayenne powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. To make this recipe vegan-friendly, you can sub out traditional mayonnaise for your favorite brand of vegan mayonnaise or make your own from scratch. The best way to thoroughly combine your ingredients is with a blender or food processor, but you can also incorporate them by hand using a spoon.

● Burgers
● Potato wedges

● If you want your Spicy Aioli to be even spicier, try adding a few drops of your favorite hot sauce.
● For a Spicy Garlic Aioli, add a teaspoon of fresh minced garlic before blending.
● If you’re looking for a vegan-friendly Spicy Aioli, simply sub out traditional mayonnaise for your favorite vegan brand.
● For a sweet and spicy aioli, try adding ½ tsp of maple syrup.
● If you’re serving for a group, try adding a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley or chives to the Spicy Aioli just before serving for a pop of color.
● For a lemony twist, mix in a little fresh lemon juice after blending the rest of the ingredients.
How to Store Spicy Aioli
To store your homemade Spicy Aioli, you will need a glass jar with a lid. Once you’ve transferred the aioli into your jar, you can store it safely in the fridge for up to a week. Emulsified-oil based dishes like this one will break in the freezer, so avoid freezing altogether and just stick to the fridge.
